Join Shannon Bryson from Wild Breath, every month for a transformational Wild Breath experience that may allow you to release buried emotions, reduce stress and anxiety, deepen your mind/body connection and create more balance in your life.
At our August event we will start the evening with a slow yoga flow session to shake off the day and let go of any lingering tension. This mindful practice prepares your body for a breathwork meditation. We will complete the experience with a sound journey to integrate your inspirations.
